Merchandise return authorization numbers are required. No return without authorization will be accepted. If this happens, we will return the product to you at your expense (return to us and return to you).

Any liquidation type promotion is a final sale except for a product considered defective or resulting from a Sport VL error.

Any error detected upon receipt of your order must be reported to Sport VL within 10 working days of the invoice date.

You can return a product and get 100% credit within a period of 10 business days following the date of the Sport VL invoice. Transport is at your expense.

Between the 10th working day and the 30th calendar day following the date of invoicing, a handling charge of 20% for verification and re-inventory will be charged.

No return is possible after 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice.

Steps to follow

To obtain a Return Authorization number, you can do this in 2 ways:

1. Through our website You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

2. Speaking with one of our customer service at 1-844-698-6980.

You will have to provide the part number, the quantity as well as the reason for the return.

After 30 days, the return authorization number will expire and it will no longer be possible to return the goods.

Non-defective products returned to Sport VL must be new and in their original packaging. Any item whose packaging has been altered will be refused and returned at your expense (return).


Since Sport VL is a dealer and each distributor and manufacturer has its own warranties, the warranties that apply are those of the manufacturer. It is entirely responsible for the damage caused by the design or manufacture of the goods they produce.

In order to know the guarantees of the products purchased and the terms and conditions of use, you must refer to the supplier's website or contact the Sport VL customer service.

Since some manufacturers prefer to honor their warranty, Sport VL will in each case indicate the return address to reduce your waiting time.

In some cases, we will perform repairs and return the repaired product. It may happen that Sport VL offers you a fee agreement beforehand, to have your product repaired locally to reduce waiting times and costs.

In order to honor the warranty, a copy of the retail bill must accompany your parcel upon return and respect the manufacturer's guarantee period. <
