Delivery

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be $80 or more before taxes.

This special offer does not include additional shipping costs (large packages and remote areas).

Sport VL reserves the right to modify or cancel free delivery on purchases of $80 or more at any time.

Delivery time depends on product availability. Delivery within Quebec typically takes two to five business days, and one to two weeks for remote areas and the rest of Canada.

If the merchandise is not available at the time of your order, you will be notified as soon as it is available and we will proceed with shipment as soon as possible.

Return policy

Please note that no returns without authorization are accepted.

A return without authorization will be returned to you and you will have to pay the shipping costs (outward and return).

With our permission, you may return a product and obtain a credit, exchange, or refund within 10 business days of the Sport VL invoice date. Shipping is at your expense.

Between the 10th business day and the 30th calendar day following the invoice date, a 20% handling fee for verification and restocking will be charged.

No returns are possible after 30 calendar days following the invoice date.

To obtain a return authorization, you can proceed in 2 ways:

1. Via our website https://sportvl.ca/ : you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
2. By speaking with a person from our customer service department at 1 844 698-6980.

You will need to provide the part number, quantity and reason for return.

Steps to follow for return

A credit, exchange or refund will be granted to you within 10 days of this only if the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been worn;
• The item has not been washed;
• Original tags must remain on the item;
• Items must remain in their original packaging;
• The original purchase invoice must be included in the return shipment.

Non-defective products returned to Sport VL must be in new condition. Any item whose packaging has been tampered with will be refused and returned at your expense (outward and return).

Any clearance sale is final sale except for a product deemed defective or resulting from an error by Sport VL.

Any error noted upon receipt of your order must be reported to Sport VL within a maximum of 10 working days after the invoice date.
